Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Our physical therapists are experienced in the diagnosis and treatment of a variety of orthopedic injuries, including repetitive injuries, joint pain, and sports injuries. We One-on-one care is provided for each patient, and treatment plans are tailored to the specific movements and activities that the patient needs to recover. I'll help you regain strength and mobility, and get you back to achieving your movement goals.

Performing Arts
As a former dancer, I understand the unique physical demands placed on artist-athletes. Through a comprehensive assessment and treatment plan, we'll work to improve performance, reduce injury risk, and help you achieve sustainable movement for a long, healthy career. I have experience treating hundreds of dancers, actors, singers, choreographers, rhythmic gymnasts, and many other types of performers at all stages of their careers.

Vocal Physical Therapy
A specialized physical therapy service for singers, speakers, actors, and other professional voice users. This therapy helps to reduce pain and tension in the throat, neck, and jaw areas, to reduce vocal fatigue and improve vocal quality. By utilizing a combination of manual techniques and re-education exercises, vocal physical therapy can help keep your voice in top condition.

TMJD and Craniofacial Pain
I offer comprehensive services for those suffering from temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and craniofacial pain. Treatments focus on relieving the discomfort associated with clenching and grinding of teeth, as well as addressing underlying stress and tension that can lead to headaches, poor sleep, and poor posture. A combination of intra-oral and massage techniques, joint mobilizations and/or stabilization exercises are utilized to restore normal movement of the jaw.

On-site Care
Healthy performers and production crew are vital to keep the show running! Whether the cast is flying in harnesses, playing instruments, moving heavy set pieces, or working with unique props, I understand the challenges of performing
8x/week. Assessments are conducted to provide specific education and guidance to minimize the risk of injury. Sessions are conveniently held at the rehearsal space or theater.
